Advantages of flat forging machine over other equipment:
1. Swing mill and hydraulic press: multi equipment and multi station, forgings need secondary heating, and the production efficiency is low. It is pre upsetted by hydraulic press or flat forging machine, and then extruded by swing roller. The pressure is applied slowly, and the bearing life of swing roller is low, which is not suitable for mass production.
2. Air hammer / electric screw press: multi equipment, multi station, strong dependence on workers' technology, low production efficiency and unstable quality. Basically eliminated.
3. New flat forging machine: single equipment and single station, upsetting first and then forming, forming faster, mature process, high production efficiency and more reliable quality. Suitable for mass production.
